MCJROTC BLOOD DRIVE – Friday, August, 17 2018

Come down and join the SUHI MCJROTC Program and donate blood!   We want to help our fellow communities, families and hospitals with our blood donations.

These blood donations do stay in the local San Diego Area.

Please take the time to pass on this information to your students, family, and friends that are of age to donate blood.  Students receive community service hours for donating blood.

If students are 17 years of age, they must have:

  • a permission form signed by a parent or legal guardian to donate blood (parents will be called to verify consent).
  • a form of picture identification (ID card).

If students are 18 years of age, they must have:

  • a form of picture identification (ID card).

Students can pick up a permission form in the MCJROTC Building from one of the instructors.

TEACHERS be aware that the southern portion of the new teachers Parking Lot  will  be used for the blood drive and will be closed of from 5 AM to 2 PM on Friday, August, 17 2018.



The Parent Portal for the online application is now available! Please visit the parent portal to submit your online application if you have not already turned in a paper application. Once your application is processed online, you can log back on to the parent portal to view results, within 24 hours.

If a paper application was submitted to the Nutrition Services, you will be receiving a letter mailed to your home address.

Note: All students will receive free lunch until August 3rd. To continue receiving free/reduced lunch, your student must have gained eligibility through this application process.
