Sweetwater High School will commence 2022-2023 enrollment for new, transferring and returning students beginning Monday, March 14th, 2022.

New Student Registration 2021-2022

You can start the registration process with our  New Student Pre-Registration form for students new to the district. Our staff will review the information provided and will contact you via email with additional instructions.

Online Registration Current SUHI Students and Incoming 9th graders (NCM) and 10th graders (GRJ) for 2022-2023

The online registration window for the 2022-2023 school year will open on March 15, 2022. Please log into Campus Portal   to submit your applications as soon as possible. All students are required to complete the (OLR) each year. If you need your campus portal information, please use this form: Campus Portal Username/Activation Key Request.

Address Verification for returning SUHI, incoming NCM and GRJ students ONLY if you moved

“Proof of Residency” is required in addition to the Online Registration for current SUHI students and incoming NCM/GRJ students that have moved from the address we have on file.

Document Submission Options:

Option #1: Click on this Proof of Residency Inbox to upload Residency Affidavit  /Declaracion de Residencia & Address Verification.

Option #2: In person beginning March 14th (Monday- Friday 8am-2pm)

  • Transcript Request Form
  • Current students may submit request via the online form above.
  • Former students: may submit requests via the online form above.
    • $2 fee for every official transcript. (Temporarily waived due to COVID-19)
    • 5 days needed to process transcripts.

You will need to email a clear copy of your birth certificate, ID and a mailing address where you would like us to send your packet to sarai.puga@sweetwatterschools.org . On the subject line, please include your full name and DACA.
